Warranty

We have a true fit measurement program (TFMP). Where there is a one-time $65.00 fee to measure your vehicle so we can obtain a correct measurement. The fee will be credited to your invoice for that particular job. If you have more than one vehicle that needs to be measured pertaining to that one job the fee will cover the other vehicles for that job. If you do not make your vehicle available to measure then sign resources will not be responsible if the graphics do not fit your vehicle.

Surface Preparations

Best Practices:

Clean -  All surfaces must be clean and free of debris.
Dry – There must not be any moisture on surface or it will cause a failure in the graphics.
Relatively non-porous – Pours material absorbs fluid, in return can cause failure in the graphics.
Smooth – Textured areas are difficult for the graphic to stick to.
Painted surfaces – Primers and paints must be cured on surfaces. Any peeling, lifting or bubbling of primer or paint on surface can cause graphic failure.

Graphic Warranty

Sign Resources warranties our wraps for one year. Before the one year is up we encourage you to come by for a final inspection of your wrap. All claims must be submitted before the one year warranty is expired and is subject to Sign Resources approval. Graphics are not warranted against failures due to chemical or mechanical means such as but not limited to: vandalism, cleaning solutions, paints, solvents, gasoline, and improper use of pressure washers, vehicle exhaust, steam, organic solvents or any other spilt chemicals. If any graphic is applied to a weak area of the vehicle or surface due to rust, damage, cracks or peeling it is not warranted for performance. Any damage done by natural disasters are not under warranty. If the customer choose to keep any emblems on the vehicle and it is covered by the wrap it is not warranted if there is any failure of graphic due to the emblem. The wrap repairs will be under the same expiration date of the original wrap. Window graphics are not under warranty due to unknown weather conditions where the vehicle mainly stays. All prices include labor and production of graphics.

Sign Resources will not be held responsible for loss of profits, revenue or business due to the vehicle wrap ordered.
